Another game, another very important point‏.

Saturday’s top-of-the-table match against Welton ended 0-0, so the Mighty Barum stay 5 points clear in the race for the First Division title with one less game for each team to play.

By avoiding defeat, Barum set a new club record run of 34 league games unbeaten and, by not conceding, they extended the record for clean sheets in a season to 21, taking the club record for consecutive clean sheets in the league to 10.

The last goal Barum conceded was in the 88th minute of the Cup game at Cribbs on 7th Feb which, if you add on the 30 mins of extra time played in that game and the Cup game against Wellington, means that no-one has scored against Barum in 1,022 minutes of football – excluding added time.

We now ready ourselves for a tough trip to Wellington this Friday – KO 2pm!
