BARNSTAPLE Town have drawn fellow Division One South and West outfit Paulton Rovers at home in the Southern League Challenge Cup.
Barum made it to the third-round stage after dispatching arch rivals Bideford 4-1 at the Sports Ground last time out.
They were equally impressive in their first-round tie as they knocked out high-flying Tiverton Town on penalties.
Now Barnstaple have been handed the luxury of a home tie against a side they have already beaten this season.
Paulton arrived in North Devon for Town’s second home game in the Southern League in August, but left North Devon empty-handed as they lost 1-0.
Ryan Turner got the only goal of that game in the first half as he burst through one on one and slotted home.
The pair have had almost-identical starts to their Division One South and West seasons, both having won four and lost nine.
They will warm up for the cup clash on Tuesday, when Paulton host Barnstaple in the league.
